Description

2.1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of dressed materials, specialised dressings and sterile dressings specified in Annex 2 to these tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as the ToR. 2.2. The subject-matter of the contract covers 40 indivisible lots for which the Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted, provided that the tender in each of them must be complete and must comply with the detailed requirements set out in the price forms set out in Annex 2 to these specifications, as well as those set out in point 3 of these specifications.
