Germany-Andernach: Electrical power systems design services
The Clinical Centre at the Rhine-Mosel Specialised Clinic in Andernach is to be restructured and rehabilitated in sub-areas over several levels. The existing building, with approximately 10 000 m² of useful floor area from the 1970s, is built massively in steel skeleton construction and is located on the western edge of the clinic site. The use of the building includes the following policy departments: Study and treatment (2 400 m²), care (5 500 m²), administration (1 000 m²), social services (360 m²), disposal (900 m²) and research and teaching areas.
The restructuring and renovation includes a sub-area of the building with a total of approximately 4 500 m² of BGF. These works will be carried out under day-to-day operation and at several stages of construction. The planning focuses on examination and treatment with functional diagnostics, laboratory and radiology (approx. 900 m²), intensive care and Stroke-Unit Station (approx. 800 m²), as well as areas for physics and patient management.
Implementation is carried out in accordance with the functional technical boundary conditions of the clinic company.
As part of this construction project, the engineering services of technical equipment pursuant to § 53 HOAI 2013, Annex groups 4 and 5 will be awarded in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2013, service phases 1 to 9. Planning start date: June 2014.
