Description

The Municipality of Sipoo (hereinafter also referred to as "the client" or "the contracting entity") requests tenders for the provision of cleaning and food services at school and kindergarten facilities located in different parts of Sipoo. Cleaning and food services are provided on weekdays from Monday to Friday. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The customer will choose one (1) service provider for the provision of cleaning and food services. The contract period begins when both parties have signed the contract. The Service included in the Agreement is scheduled to start on 29 June 2026. The contract is valid until 30 June 2030. It is possible to extend the contract for a two (2) year option period from 1 July 2030 to 27 June 2032. The subscriber shall decide on and notify the exercise of the option period no later than three (3) months before the end of the contractual period. The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the Customer. The Customer purchases the Service as needed. The Agreement does not grant the Service Provider an exclusive right to provide the Service. The need for and/or content of the services may change in accordance with changes in the organisation and tasks. If the need for and/or volume of services changes significantly during the contract period, the customer assesses when there have been such material or significant changes in its operations and/or in the need for cleaning services that the services must be reopened to competition in accordance with section 136 of the Act on Public Contracts.
