Description

Objectives of the contract: To supply the necessary spare parts for the warranty service of the IGB gas pipeline (Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria), operated by the company ICGB AD. Scope of the contract: This contract is part of a public contract divided into 3 lots as follows: Lot: 1 Spare parts for KROHNE equipment - basic quantities according to the Technical Specification. Lot: 2 Spare parts for ‘EMERSON’ equipment - basic quantities according to the Technical Specification. Lot: 3 Spare parts for equipment ‘BAKER HUGHES’ - basic quantities according to the Technical Specification. The scope of each lot includes: Main quantities of spare parts – according to the Technical Specification; b. Option: only for Lots Nos 1 and 2, additional quantities of the types of spare parts according to the relevant Technical Specification, up to 10% of the estimated value of the basic volume. The option is an option for the Employer, but he has no obligation to assign it. The award may be made within 12 months of the conclusion of the Contract. The specific value of each option for the lots is indicated in the Instructions for Participation. Participants in the open procedure may submit tenders only for Lots 1 and 2. For Lot 3, no tenders are to be submitted in this open procedure. The delivery under Lot 3 will be awarded in accordance with the order of its individual value, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the PPA, namely by direct award under the terms and conditions of Article 20(4)(3) of the PPA. The estimated value of Lot 3, which is EURO 1 350 excluding VAT, does not exceed 20% (twenty per cent) of the total value of this contract. The value of Lot 3 does not exceed BGN 156 464 excluding VAT, in accordance with the requirements of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act.
