Description

The subject of the public contract is the upgrade of the comprehensive existing Port Card system, which controls the consumption of energy and media for vessels through the consumption columns on the port infrastructure operated by the Waterways Directorate of the Czech Republic. The subject-matter of performance includes, in particular: - implementation of a tool for performing Port Card functions via a mobile device (Digital Port Card), - upgrade of partial functionalities to improve user friendliness, - upgrade of the control technologies of the sampling columns to the current standard (including software modifications, replacement of electronic boards and firmware deployment), - ensuring the supply of compatible elements also for installations in other locations, - integration into the EuRIS portal to improve the accessibility of the control services of the columns from the unified environment of interconnected and harmonised River Information Services, - elaboration of system design and implementation documentation, - provision of support for the implemented system and related software tools, - implementation of training and elaboration of documentation of actual implementation.
