The winner of the restricted competition will be awarded a project management contract for the construction of a school canteen. At the programme stage, the indicative share of the financial envelope allocated to the works is estimated at EUR 3 586 500 excluding VAT (value April 2024). The elements entrusted to the project management team will be as follows: 1) Basic mission (Article R2431-4 of the CCP): Outline (ESQ) – Pre-project studies (APS/APD, building permit file and other planning authorisations) – Project studies (PRO including DCE) – Assistance provided to the contracting authority for the award of the works contract(s) (ACT) – VISA – Directorate for the Execution of Works (DET) – Assistance provided to the contracting authority during acceptance operations during the Guarantee of Perfect Completion (AOR) period – Executed Works File (DOE) 2) Additional assignments for Eventuary Supplementary Services (PSE): Coordination of Fire Safety Systems (CSSI) Furniture Study (MOB) – Dynamic Thermal Simulation (STD) The buyer reserves the right to choose whether or not to retain these Additional Eventual Services. The provisional timetable envisaged for this operation is detailed in the Consultation Rules. The dates are indicative and subject to change. The project management team must have at least the following skills: Architecture, Fluids (thermal and electricity), Construction Economics, Coordination of Fire Safety Systems (CSSI) , BET Grande Cuisine et Acoustique.
