Description

The purpose of this contract is to award engineering services within the meaning of the HOAI for the development of the industrial area. This includes the planning of traffic infrastructure – road planning in accordance with the B-Plan, performance phase 1-9, after rest 06. In addition to the development of the extension area itself, it is necessary to overhaul the B209/Uetzinger Straße Node.
It is also necessary to plan the drainage works. Unlike in the previous industrial area, all land must be drained through a new rainwater canal. This is intended to drain into Steinförtsbach via a new rain reservoir upstream of an existing one. In this context, in close coordination with the Road Transport Authority, the B209 should be crossed with the channel.
