Description

Der ønskes tilbud på køb af elektronisk låsesystem. Systemet leveres og opsættes hurtigst muligt af tilbudsgiver indenfor en periode på max. 3 måneder fra kontraktindgåelsen til 100 % drift, med levering og opsætning af låseenheder, opsætning af IT, indkodning af borgere og medarbejdere i systemet etc. Undervisning/instruktion af personalet sker inden for de 3 måneder. Opsætningen korrdineres tæt med kommunen. Systemet skal anvendes i samarbejde med kommunens hjemmepleje og samarbejdspartner. Ved etablering påregnes det tilbudsgiver at udarbejde en database over de steder der er sket en opsætning med tilhørende fabriksnummer. Desuden er tilbudsgiver forpligtet til at opdatere denne database løbende.
