Description

The Ministry of Defence, for this the Commando Materiel en IT (COMMIT), Defensie Brand- en Bedrijfsstoffenbedrijf (DBBB), would like to invite interested parties for its market consultation regarding the supply of various technical tapes. The current starting point is to use the entire range of technical tapes, as shown in Annex 1. Article list of technical tapes, to be placed in one Framework Agreement with one supplier. The DBBB needs to gain more insight into the market, the degree of interest and the possibilities in the market. Interested parties are cordially invited to participate in this written market consultation. We ask you to send a written response to the questions by 07 November 2025, 14:00. You can do this by sending your completed answer form (Annex 2) via the upload button for question 1.1.2 or, if this does not work, by sending it via the messaging service of the online procurement platform Mercell Source to Contract (in this specific file). It is not the intention that you as an interested party already make a detailed offer at this time. The DBBB has compiled this market consultation with great care.
