Description

The Assembly of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ACFCI) is organising the 16th University of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Versailles on 29, 30 and 31 August 2012. This nationwide and European-wide event will bring together around 500 participants from chambers of france, chambers of EU Member States and other European organisations, as well as leading economic, political and media figures. As an indication, Operation 16th University of the Versailles CCI 2012 has already been the subject of a first meeting: lot 1: hosting management and implementation of the dedicated website for participants of the 16th KIC University. Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 form part of the ‘operation’ 16th University of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Versailles 2012, itself a European open tender threshold pursuant to Articles 33, 40 and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. These lots are therefore the subject of a European open invitation to tender procedure in accordance with the same articles referred to above. The subject of these Special Terms and Conditions (SPCs) concerns the following services: Lot No 2: transport of passengers by shuttle (order form contract) – Lot 3: host staff (contract to order forms) – Lot 4: scenography and videos – lot 5: catering – Lot 6: transcript of proceedings and translation – lot 7: theatre performance.
