Description

The Operational Management for the two outdoor pools of the Association Municipality Nahe-Glan is advertised: the outdoor pool "In der Heimbach" in Meisenheim and the outdoor and adventure pool "Am Rosenberg" in Bad Sobernheim. The scope of services includes all tasks of technical and organizational management in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and guidelines, including bathing supervision, cleaning, green care and caretaker activities. Economic and commercial management is not the subject of the contract. Start date of the contract: 01.01.2026 with a fixed term of 3 years (until 31.12.2028) with the possibility of a one-off extension for a further 2 years until 31.12.2030. Optionally, it is possible to commission cash management in both lots, but without commercial management and accounting. Details are laid down in the schedule of services.
