Description

Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Dienstleistung ist die Erstellung des Gutachtens gemäß §31a Eisenbahngesetz (EisbG) 1957 i.d.g.F., welches sämtliche Fachgebiete abdeckt, um eine eisenbahnrechtliche Baugenehmigung für das Projekt „BR6002 Schaftenau – Knoten Radfeld, viergleisiger Ausbau“ zu erwirken.
Als optionale Leistung wird die Erstellung der §34b-Prüfbescheinigungen gem. EisbG 1957, welche alle erforderlichen Fachgebiete abdeckt, um eine Betriebsbewilligung bei der Behörde zu erlangen, ausgeschrieben.
