Description

5.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Strzelce. The scope of the contract includes collection, transport and development (recovery or disposal from residential properties located in the municipality of Strzelce, and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Strzelce in the following ways:  in accordance with applicable law (including local law), with due diligence, carried out within the deadlines specified in the procurement documents; ensuring that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733);  in accordance with Resolution of the Strzelce Commune Council No XII/70/2019 of the Strzelce Commune Council of 25 October 2019, on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Strzelce Commune (Journal of Laws No. Ooh, ooh, ooh. It's a war. Lodz from 2019, pos. 6035 as amended);  in accordance with Resolution No XII/69/2019 of the Strzelce Commune Council of 25 October 2019 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste (Journal of Laws No. Ooh, ooh, ooh. It's a war. of Lodz in 2019, item 6034 as amended), in accordance with the legal regulations in this area in their respective applicable wording. 5.2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract - OPZ (Annex No 1 to the FTZ) and in the draft contract (Annex No 5 to the FTZ).
