Description

The contract covers school transport from pupils’ homes or places nearby, to and from primary schools, as well as to and from public transport stops, for pupils in pre-school classes and primary school in the schools of the municipality of Nordmaling. The agreement also covers school transport services for primary schools/schools in the municipality of Nordmaling, as well as secondary school with pupils living in Nordmaling with training in Umeå.
The scale varies over time and depends on the number of pupils in need of school transport, as well as the extent of public transport. During the contract period, changes may take place depending on circumstances such as administrative decisions, changes to school transport rules or political decisions concerning the transition to public transport. In the event of such changes in the scope of the contract, either party may call for the renegotiation of the Agreement. Changes in the number of schools and pupils should be made without prejudice to the financial content of the contracts concluded.
