4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a type of agricultural tractor with a snow blower and a street sandblaster, a three-axle truck with hooks, a three-axle truck with a single-chamber body in the form of an operating lease with the option of purchase, i.e. paid use under an operating lease for agreed leasing instalments within 60 months from the date of signing the lease acceptance protocol, under the conditions specified in detail in the Contractor's general leasing conditions, a leasing object in the form of a type of agricultural tractor with a snow blower and a street sandblaster, a three-axle truck with hooks, a three-axle truck with a single-chamber body for own use. 4.2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 4.3. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots for which a tender may be submitted, nor shall it limit the number of lots which may be awarded to a single Contractor. 4.4. The Contractor may submit an offer for two (3) lots. Maximum number of lots which may be awarded to the same Contractor: three (3). 4.5. The subject of the Contract is divided into three parts: Part 1.
