Access to the place of waste discharge should be paved so that the operator's vehicles with a permissible load of 100 kN have the possibility of unloading regardless of weather conditions. 4.7. The area at unloading should be paved and adapted to the free turning and reversing of the operator's vehicles. 4.8. The place of unloading should be adequately protected against access by outsiders during the unloading of waste. 4.9. All damage to vehicles resulting from poor technical condition of access roads and maneuvering places in the installation area will be the responsibility of the contractor. 4.10. The contractor is obliged to immediately inform the contracting authority of any situation causing difficulties in the management of the delivered waste or the impossibility of such management. 4.11. The Contractor will secure the collection of waste on working days during the opening hours of RIPOK. 4.12. Any quantity of waste actually delivered by the operator will be recorded by the contractor, with a mandatory breakdown into: the registration number of the vehicle delivering the waste, the specific waste code and the date and time of delivery of the waste. 4.13. The contractor will provide the contracting authority with the information required by the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining order and cleanliness in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399) or applicable regulations, necessary to account for the achieved recovery and recycling rates of individual groups of waste. 4.14. The contractor will provide the contracting authority with information on the amount and method of management of a given type of waste and the amount of waste separated from mixed municipal waste, on a semi-annual basis. 4.15. For the performance of the works which are the subject of the contract, the contracting authority will pay remuneration at the unit prices indicated in the tender. 4.16.
