Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Изработване на разширен идеен проект с извършване на пълни инженерно-геоложки проучвания и проект на ПУП за разширение на трасето на път I-1 от края на АМ „Струма“ Лот 4 при км 438+500=км 440+925 по километража на път I-1 до ГКПП „Кулата“ (ПИ с идентификатор 40539.230.372)“. The subject of the contract includes (description of the contract activities): a) Execution of design activities in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the elaboration of an Extended Conceptual Design and DDP (Annex A), site visit on site and in the event that there is a need to carry out additional design works not specified in the Terms of Reference but related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, concerning the technical infrastructure or others, the Contractor will not have any claims against the Contracting Authority. b) Performing geodetic measurements, developing variant solutions for the route, revising or reworking the road units, carrying out complete engineering - geological surveys and DDP, proposals for reconstruction or measures for the protection of the affected infrastructure and the elaboration of an Investment (ideal) project (Extended) in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the requirements of the current regulatory documents, in the volume and content specified in the Terms of Reference for the elaboration of an Extended Conceptual Design and DDP (Annex A). c) Performing all agreed upon by the Extended Conceptual Design with the operating companies, The MC and the administrative structures whose authorisation, assistance or opinion is necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public contract. (d) Correction at their own expense of incompleteness and/or omissions and/or errors of the project identified in the course of the checks carried out by the Contracting Authority. (e) All other activities necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public contract.
