Description

In accordance with Paragraph 89 of the Act, the subject-matter of the service is the conclusion of a framework contract for the submission and implementation of a project for the provision of Czech language courses for persons granted international protection in the form of asylum or subsidiary protection (‘the beneficiary’) in the context of the implementation of the State Integration Programme (‘SIP’). The project involves reaching authorised persons in accordance with the contracting authority’s instructions, setting and evaluating the initial diagnosis for grading into courses according to their language level, providing Czech courses according to the different language levels of the authorised frequency developers, keeping records and attendance of authorised rioters, further training of trainers in the courses in question, provision of methodological guidance for the teaching of Czech as a foreign language and cooperation with the contracting authority in the design of the teaching and organisation of courses, including the enrolment of clients and the output of teaching for all courses in Czech asylum seekers and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection in the Czech Republic carried out within the framework of national integration policy; the procurement by the tenderer of textbooks and teaching materials, free of charge, for the teaching of authorised persons, ensuring continuous administrative cooperation with the contracting authority (e.g. drawing up interim reports and evaluation reports at the end of the calendar year on the course of the teaching and the results of each beneficiary), final examination of the authorised persons and the issue of a course discharge certificate indicating the level of knowledge of the language.
