The subject of the contract was the selection of a contractor for the supply of a microwave fusion system for the provision of a project approved for funding by the Science Fund of the Medical University of Varna, hereinafter referred to as ‘the system’, as detailed in the Technical Specification (Annex No 1) to the documentation. The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of a microwave fusion system, as well as installation, commissioning and training of employees of the Contracting Authority to work with the system. The contracting authority may request the system within 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the contract. The proposed microwave synthesis system must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the technical specification.
