1.Description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the basic contract is the supply of office furniture with assembly for newly built buildings as part of Stage II of the investment entitled: ‘Alchemy – the magic of tomorrow’s chemistry. Construction of a modern conference and didactic laboratory building for the Faculty of Chemistry of the Lodz University of Technology.’ In particular, the Contractor will be responsible for the delivery of office furniture, including assembly and installation. The subject of the contract includes training users in the operation and maintenance of all delivered furniture, and within 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol, the Contractor will provide service and maintenance of the delivered subject of the contract. 2) The subject matter of the contract includes the implementation of the subject matter of the basic contract and may include the implementation of the subject matter of the contract covered by the right of option. 3) The subject of the Order must be made in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs. 4) Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the performance of the subject of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), all annexes to the POZ are an integral part thereof and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
