If more than 5 candidates meet the minimum selection criteria, they will be divided on the basis of:
* the promoter’s open note;
* the quality of the sponsor’s reference (s), in the light of the criteria of urbanity, habitability and the technical and budgetary aspects referred to in point III.2.3;
* the architect’s open note;
* the quality of the architect’s reference (s), in the light of the criteria of urbanity, habitability and the technical and budgetary aspects referred to in point III.2.3;
* the experience and technical capacity of the other proposed actors with regard to the projects they have carried out.
Selected candidates who have submitted a tender which is considered to be regular and sufficient, in accordance with the specifications, will be remunerated for their services by way of payment. For the tenderer to be awarded the project, this fee will be deducted from the first invoice.
Candidates are asked to submit their application in 3 paper copies (one original and two copies) and a digital pdf format. Each copy of the application file will consist of all the documents requested in this contract notice.
