Reconstruction of the bridge over the Aurence
The procurement procedure used is the adapted open procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Order Code. The services shall be paid for by a flat-rate overall price in accordance with the provisions of the act of commitment. Prices are subject to revision. The total and flat-rate amount shall be deemed to include all the costs necessary for the performance of the services covered by the contract. The prices mentioned H.T. are all taxes included excluding VAT. The contract starts from its notification for a period up to the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion of the works. The preparation period is not included in the estimated completion time of the works of 19 weeks. The deadlines for the execution of the works start from the dispatch of the service order issued by the project manager. The consultation shall include detailed environmental implementing conditions in the product specification. The contract provides for the possibility of entrusting the contractor with one or more contracts for the performance of similar services at a later date.
