Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na obszarze PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Lublin na warunkach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024, poz. 266 z późn. zm.) oraz wydanymi na jej podstawie aktami wykonawczymi do obiektów (punktów poborów) Zamawiającego wymienionych w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę, sprzedaż i zakup w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 6a ustawy Prawo energetyczne, realizowaną na podstawie umowy sprzedaży, o której mowa w art. 5 ust. 1 i ust. 2, pkt. 1 tej ustawy. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (zał. nr 2 do SWZ).
