Description

On behalf of the entities in the Norwegian Correctional Service, the Directorate of Correctional Services [Kriminalomsorgsdirektoratet (KDI)] (hereinafter referred to as KDI), will enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers for the purchase of bread and bread products (fresh, not previously frozen).
The Norwegian Correctional Service is organised into three levels; The Directorate of Correctional Services (KDI), five regional administrations which are administratively superior to local prisons and the probation office. In addition, there is the Prison Service Education Centre [Kriminalomsorgens utdanningssenter (KRUS)]. In total, the agency has around 5,000 employees and a budget of approx. NOK 5 billion.
