Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa aparatów USG dla SOR w ramach realizacji projektu: Drugi etap budowy CKD UM w Łodzi wraz z Akademickim Ośrodkiem Onkologicznym, z podziałem na dwa Pakiety: Pakiet I – dostawa 2 aparatów USG Pakiet II – dostawa aparatu USG ginekologicznego Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia- parametry techniczne – stanowi: - załącznik 2.1 do SWZ – w zakresie Pakietu I - załącznik 2.2 do SWZ – w zakresie Pakietu II. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
