Description

This tender documentation contains the requirements, criteria, rules and information necessary to ensure that potential tenderers are fully, correctly and explicitly informed on how to apply the procedure for the award of the Framework Agreement for the maintenance and development of green spaces in playgrounds, as well as the grooming and grubbing-up of trees, which are located within the administrative territorial area of Sector 1 of Bucharest. In this respect, the general objective of the Framework Agreement is to preset the activities necessary to ensure a healthy climate for citizens and to enhance the public domain, as follows: • Under lot 1 – services for the arrangement and maintenance of playgrounds and dog areas will be purchased, such as: freeing the land of foreign bodies, mowing the lawn, sanitizing the areas arranged for dogs, planting dendrological material, maintenance and realization of irrigation systems. • Under lot 2 – services relating to the grubbing up/toiling of trees and the removal of stumps/roots will be purchased. Estimates of the minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts The estimated values for the award procedure are as follows: Lot 1 • The minimum estimated value of the CA to be concluded is RON 12 048 880.40 excluding VAT, corresponding to the minimum quantities of services that could be requested during the entire CA; • The maximum estimated value of the CA to be concluded is RON 26 642 910.87 excluding VAT, corresponding to the maximum quantities of services that could be requested during the entire CA; • The estimated value of the smallest follow-up contract is RON 571 159.20 excluding VAT, corresponding to the minimum quantities of services that could be requested during the duration of a follow-up contract; • The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is RON 6 545 047.40 excluding VAT, corresponding to the maximum quantities of services that could be requested during the duration of a subsequent contract.
