Description

De Vlaamse overheid staat in voor zijn eigen contractuele en statutaire selecties. Het gaat hier over zowel interne (bevorderingen, horizontale mobiliteit) als externe selecties. Rekrutering en selectie is strategisch belangrijk voor de organisatie. De geschikte kandidaat kiezen, met een duidelijke “fit” met de organisatie, is cruciaal voor een performante organisatie. Het Selectiecentrum van het Agentschap Overheidspersoneel en de selectoren binnen de Vlaamse overheid dragen de verantwoordelijkheid voor het correcte en kwaliteitsvolle verloop van deze taken, het selecteren van de juiste mensen. Voor de uitvoering van opdrachten rond wervingen en selectie en voor de ondersteuning van de selectoren in de Vlaamse overheid, wil de Vlaamse overheid een beroep doen op externe expertise. Onderliggende raamovereenkomst heeft in het bijzonder betrekking op het geheel of gedeeltelijk uitvoeren van selectieprocedures en dit zowel voor leidinggevende, uitvoerende als inhoudelijke functies.
