Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Einrichtung und der Betrieb einer On-Demand Ridepooling Plattform für NRW. Hierzu gehören insbesondere: - die Bereitstellung einer mandantenfähigen On-Demand Ridepooling Plattform (kurz "ODP" oder "On-Demand Plattform") als "Software-as-a-Service"-Lösung mit integrier-ten NRW-Anpassungen durch den Auftragnehmer, - die Bereitstellung einer dazugehörigen zentralen Fahrgast-App, über die die Fahrgäste alle On-Demand-Verkehre der On-Demand Plattform buchen können, - die Bereitstellung einer dazugehörigen Fahrpersonal-App, über die Fahrtwünsche und Routen an das Fahrpersonal übermittelt werden, - die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der On-Demand Plattform sowie der Apps durch den Auf-traggeber, Mandanten, Fahrgäste sowie Dritte (u.a. Subunternehmer), - Wartung, Service und Support der On-Demand Plattform. Weitere Details ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen, Anlage Lastenheft. Neben dem Produktivsystem ist ein Testsystem über die Vertragslaufzeit bereit zu stellen. Das KCD NRW, welches bei der Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr AöR angesiedelt ist, hat im Auftrag des Ministeriums für Umwelt und Verkehr (MUNV) die Projektleitung zum Aufbau einer On-Demand Ridepooling Plattform für NRW übernommen.
