Description

The object of the contract is the rental, installation and maintenance services of environmental surveillance video cameras in Radviliškis, including: 1. Installation and preparation for operation of fixed (42 units) and controlled (PTZ) (5 units) video surveillance cameras at 21 (twenty-one) Radviliškis city sites. Cameras are installed according to the video camera locations and vision coverage scheme agreed with the Customer. Installation includes the installation of all the necessary camera infrastructure. 2. Installation of vehicle number plate recognition (LPR) cameras (7 units) in specified locations. Installation includes the installation of all the necessary camera infrastructure. 3. Acquisition and installation of video surveillance, management, recording and analysis software and its dedicated video data archive. 4. Video surveillance computer workstation (central console) installation at Gedimino str. 8, Radviliškis. 5. Installation of a remote workplace for integration with the Lithuanian Police. 6. Installation of other equipment necessary for operation (network equipment, power supplies, etc.). 7. Construction and/or renting of data transmission and power supply lines. 8. Ensuring video signal and data transmission and providing other services related to the operation of the SBS. 9. Continuous video recording and storage of all cameras for at least 30 days. 10. Maintenance of hardware and software during the term of the contract.
