Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of liquid fuels through the sale in the network of public service stations to the contracting authorities listed in Section I of the ToR.
The subject-matter of the contract covers supplies of:
(a) unleaded petrol 95 in a total quantity of not more than 79 725 l;
(b) unleaded gasoline 98 in a total quantity of not more than 17 000 l;
(C) diesel in a total quantity not exceeding 549 280 l.
Fuels should meet the quality requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Of Laws 2015, item 1680) and the Polish standards in force in this regard.
Service stations should comply with the conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 21 November 2005 on the technical conditions to be met by the base.

And petroleum products and their location.
