Description

The purpose association Gigabit Landkreis Göppingen aims to provide efficient access to broadband broadband infrastructure for households, businesses, schools and other institutional supplements. Therefore, concession contracts are to be concluded with telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of gigabit networks as well as the provision of retail services.13 Towns and municipalities in the district of Göppingen have submitted applications for funding within the framework of the federal funding programme "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and the "Administrative provision of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing funding from the Directive on support for broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV broadband co-financing)" and have commissioned the special-purpose association to carry out the present call for tenders, among other things, by means of a delegation of tasks.
