Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of fuel and urea solution of 32.5 % and the cleaning of passenger cars at stationers (automatic and hand-held) at commercial service stations for military vehicles of the Polish Armed Forces.
In non-cash trade on the basis of fuel cards in Poland on the basis of the product and quantity list included in the offer form in accordance with Annex 1 to the ToR.
1. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to the ToR (description of the subject-matter of the contract).
2. The contractor must perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in Annex 5 to the ToR (description of the subject-matter of the contract) and in Annex 3 to the ToR – model contract and its annexes.
