The Klinikum Mittelbaden (short: KMB), hereinafter also referred to as Klinikum, intends to introduce a system for digital decision-making, process and control center support within the framework of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG). The system should be available in its final state for all users with their assigned individual permissions. The aim of the project is to make decision paths and processes more effective, efficient and secure, primarily in clinical, but also in administrative and commercial, functional areas. This should be done in the individual areas interdisciplinary, across different occupational groups. In selected areas such as the emergency department, the process quality is to be tracked and improved in real time with dashboard functionalities.
