Description

BKP 224.11 Flachdächer WEG, AHV TS, Zentrale Wärmeerzeugung Für die Sanierung des Flachdachs am Werkstattgebäude (WEG) werden umfassende Massnahmen zur Gewährleistung der Langlebigkeit und Dichtigkeit des Daches durchgeführt. Es werden alle relevanten Dachschichten erneuert, inklusive der Abdichtung und Dämmung, um die baulichen und energetischen Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Die Arbeiten umfassen auch die Integration von Entwässerungssystemen, die den Abfluss von Niederschlagswasser sicherstellen, sowie die Installation von Sicherheitsvorrichtungen wie Geländern und Absturzsicherungen, um die Sicherheit während der Arbeiten und im laufenden Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
