Description

The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of fruit and vegetables with a term of 01.02.2025-31.01.2029 or until the maximum total value of the framework contract is reached, whichever comes first. The framework contract will be awarded to all qualified tenderers who have submitted admissible tenders for the period from 01.02.2025 to 31.01.2029. If the conclusion of the contract is delayed (e.g. due to a challenge), the performance of the contract starts at the time additionally agreed by the parties and lasts for 4 (four) years from the starting date or until the maximum total value of the framework contract is reached, whichever comes first. If, as a result of the procurement procedure, only one tenderer is successful, reopening of competition shall not take place after the end of the first contract and the framework contract shall expire at the same time as the first contract awarded.
