Description

La présente consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du code de la commande publique.
Elle implique la mise en place d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires avec marchés subséquents conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-10 du code de la commande publique.
Le nombre maximum de titulaires est fixé à cinq sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres conformes.
L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum ni maximum.
Les marchés subséquents seront mono-attributaire (un titulaire).
Lieu d'exécution des prestations: divers sites majoritairement en Île-de-France, quelques sites dans l'Oise, les Alpes-Maritimes, le Pas-de-Calais.
Début de fourniture: À titre indicatif, il est prévu que le début de fourniture pour le premier marché subséquent intervienne au 1.8.2020.
