The subject of the contract was a service for the successive reception of waste in the form of a 0-80 mm diameter of code 19 12 12 from the sorting of mixed municipal waste and the wet fraction of household waste classified as waste under code 20 01 08 – kitchen waste biodegradable in order to undergo recovery operations R3 involving the recycling or recovery of organic substances which are not used as solvents (including composting and other biological transformation operations) or disposal operations D8 involving biological treatment resulting in final compounds or mixtures which are disposed of by means of any of the operations listed under heading D1-D12 of the waste (Journal of Laws 2013 and the Waste Act of 14 December 2012). 21 as amended).
