Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the city and municipality of Ostrzeszów in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other means and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1454), the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 992, as amended), provisions of the WPGO adopted by Resolution of the Wielkopolskie Provincial Assembly No XXXI/810/2017 of 29.5.2017 and provisions of local law.
