Description

The client hereby invites you to submit tenders aimed at signing contracts for scanning services of building permit documents in accordance with the requirements laid down in the procurement documents. Tenderers must be able to scan large quantities of documents in different formats. The scope of the building permit material is about 1,271 pieces of archive boxes where each archive box contains about 10 pieces - 15 pieces of cases. The formats of the documents are A1-A5 where extended width may occur and so the documents consist of paper or drawing film. The assignment is expected to start in Q4 2025 with a final delivery by 2027-02-28. A detailed description of the assignment and the client's expectations of the assignment are set out in the procurement documents.
