Description

The procurement shall include the supply of active net electricity for the needs of the identified sites of DA A. Tsenov, the inclusion of the sites in a standard balancing group coordinated by the contractor, the provision of a demand forecasting service, the preparation and submission of hourly daily schedules, the assumption of balancing responsibility and all activities related to the contracting authority’s participation in the free electricity market. The total estimated quantity for the supply of net active electricity over the duration of the contract is 1 760 MWh. The price for 1 MWh of net active electricity is final and includes the price of net active electricity, the price of electricity supply, balancing costs, the cost of forecasting consumption, the costs of preparing and administering forecasted schedules (daily hourly load schedules), a fee for participation in the balancing group and any costs related to the execution of the contract.
