Специализирана кола-стълба за поддържане на контактната мрежа. Голяма част от предложената трамвайна линия до квартал „Дървеница”, е предвидена да се изпълни на баластова призма. Следователно за обслужването на контактната мрежа при конструкция с баластова призма е нужен специален автомобил за работа по контактната мрежа с възможност за движение по релсите Специализираният автомобил да може да се движи и по двете междурелсие 1009 мм и 1435 мм, за да може да осъществява на дейността по поддръжка и ремонт на контактната мрежа по линиите на столичния електротранспорт.
