The subject of the contract is as follows: Private non-pharmaceutical health insurance policies and repatriation insurance, for the benefit of trainees under the “Sciences without Frontiers” programme.
Without prejudice to the fact that the details, characteristics and manner of implementing the service will be those laid down in the ‘Technical Specifications’, insurance must guarantee sufficient coverage to meet the visa requirements laid down in the Regulation of Organic Law 4/2000 on the rights and freedoms of foreign nationals in Spain and their social integration, as amended by Organic Law 2/2009.
