Description

Joint market: This contract is a joint market on behalf of Ruche Chapelloise and the Commune of Chapelz-Herlaimont. Ruche Chapelloise acts as a ‘pilot’ contracting authority, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of 17/06/2016. The Ruche Chapelloise alone will receive and compare the tenders received in connection with the works contract, negotiate, award the contract and notify it. In the context of the public procurement procedure, tenderers will know only one interlocutor, the only one who can validly take any decision in the context of the award of the contract. The technical and administrative implementation will be monitored by La Ruche Chapelloise and the works department of the Chapel Herlaimont Administration for their respective parts. Invoicing is done separately (see elsewhere). Purpose of the services: Maintenance and troubleshooting of the technical installations of the Ruche Chapelloise and the technical service of the City of Chapterz-Herlaimont. The technical installations shall consist of: — heat production (heat pumps, etc.) – production of hot water (buffer tank, instantaneous water heaters, etc.); — sanitary equipment (lifting pump, filter, etc.); — air treatment equipment (ventilation unit, etc.). Comment: Maintenance and repair of any kind of installations for the production of hot water, the preparation of domestic hot water and air treatment groups in buildings belonging to the contracting authorities. All parts replaced must be immediately and mandatorily removed by the Service Provider. Disposal and disposal of waste generated by the holding, in accordance with the regulations in force in the region concerned. The main characteristics of the heating, sanitary and ventilation installations of the buildings are provided briefly in the technical clauses, for further details they can be obtained by visiting the buildings covered by this contract.
