Description

Region Midtjylland udbyder en rammeaftale vedrørende levering af et dokumentationssystem til endoskopiske procedurer. Løsningen skal bestå af både udstyr og software, der muliggør optagelse, behandling og lagring af billed- og videomateriale fra endoskopiske undersøgelser. Systemet skal anvendes på regionens hospitaler og understøtte klinisk dokumentation, intern faglig sparring og undervisning gennem streaming og adgang til billedmateriale via et centralt billedbehandlingssystem. Systemet skal kunne integreres med Region Midtjyllands IT-miljø og eksisterende tekniske infrastrukturer. Det skal leveres som komplette systemenheder bestående af grabber, lokal styringsenhed og licens til billedbehandlingssystemet. Leverancen omfatter desuden installation, undervisning af superbrugere, dokumentation, support og mulighed for efterfølgende serviceaftaler med definerede responstider og oppetidsgaranti. Rammeaftalen omfatter en estimeret, men ikke forpligtende, mængde af udstyr og ydelser over kontraktens løbetid, med en maksimal samlet værdi på 21 mio. DKK ekskl. moms.
