Description

The Central Denmark Region offers a framework contract for the provision of a documentation system for endoscopic procedures. The solution shall consist of both equipment and software enabling the recording, processing and storage of image and video material from endoscopic examinations. The system will be used at the region's hospitals and support clinical documentation, internal professional sparring and teaching through streaming and access to image material via a central image processing system. The system must be able to integrate with the Central Denmark Region's IT environment and existing technical infrastructures. It shall be supplied as complete system units consisting of grabber, local control unit and license for the imaging system. The delivery also includes installation, training of super users, documentation, support and the possibility of subsequent service agreements with defined response times and uptime guarantee. The framework agreement includes an estimated, but not binding, amount of equipment and services over the term of the contract, with a maximum total value of DKK 21 million excluding VAT.
