Procurement of planning and execution services for the preparation of a new building for the North Rhine-Westphalia Criminal Police Office (LKA NRW) in accordance with the requirements of a functional specification on the basis of an already existing draft design.
In addition to the traditional catering rooms and cafeteria, a large kitchen with a logistics centre for future style kitchens and extensive storage areas must be built. The roofs must be greened.
