F-Saint-Denis: removal of contaminated soil
This contract concerns the management of land from the lots developed or under development of the northern extension of the Landy-Pleyel ZAC and also applies to future lots which are to be reconstructed.
Currently, by February 2012, approximately 48 000 m³ of materials (soiled land and gravel) are stored in the SCZ storage area.
The volume of material still to be excavated is approximately 20 000 m³.
The remaining earthworks to be carried out on the SCZ will be spread over approximately 3 years. Land which may affect the holder of one or these contracts will have to be processed over a period of 3 years, with the end of the earthworks of the SCZ, currently scheduled for 2015.
This consultation is divided into a number of separate lots described below. Each batch corresponds to a type of pollution and/or a range of pollutant concentration or a type of treatment.
The contract provides for the type of support:
— materials to be loaded directly into the storage area,
— materials to be loaded during excavations of the remaining lots.
