The subject of this contract notice is multi-site works relating to the fitting-out of RATP’s Metro and RER ventilation facilities. It is a framework agreement with order forms based on fixed prices and unit prices consisting of a minimum and a maximum amount. The minimum amount is set at -30% of the nominal amount and the maximum amount is set at +70% of the nominal amount. The nominal amount corresponds to the amount for the fitting-out of thirteen (13) ventilation works. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of sixty (60) months from the date set out in the Order for Delivery and Service (OLS) for the start of the contract or, failing such a date, from the date on which the first order OLS starts. It may be renewed, once, for a maximum period of twelve (12) months by express decision of the RATP addressed, by any means giving a certain date, not later than six (6) months before the expiry of the initial duration of the framework agreement. The maximum possible duration of the Framework Agreement is therefore 72 months. In addition, the Contractor undertakes to ensure that the services are carried out in accordance with the rules of the art and in particular as a perfect professional in the field of expertise in question.
