Description

To set up a framework with suitably qualified firms to provide Building Services for a range of refurbishment, conservation construction, M and E, security, fire safety, electronic security systems and ICT projects across the estate. It is intended to appoint 4 firms to the framework who will be asked, via a mini competition process, to bid for projects as they arise.
There will also be a requirement to provide staff to support the Parliamentary Estates Directorate to cover for permanent Project Leader/staff absences or to cover vacancies in the short to medium term.
