Description

The provision of a lighting service in the municipality of Cisek in the form of network and lighting equipment services consisting of: 1.Develop the maintenance of networks and lighting equipment in such a way as to ensure its technical fitness within the scope of the basic work involved in the maintenance of lighting as defined in Annex 4 to the invitation, and to carry out the work in accordance with the material schedule set out in Annex 5 to the invitation. The reconstructed and constructed light points in accordance with this schedule will be owned by the Contractor.
2.Complete continuous service through appropriate organisational units allowing complaints and information on malfunctioning of networks and lighting devices to be reported for 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
3.Immediate emergency response, such as:
(a)road collision as a result of which the lighting network has been damaged,
(b)the state of the network posing a risk to the environment,
(C)deficiency of network fragments forming the power supply area of the transformer station 15/0.4kV.
4.Removal of reported defects and malfunctions of the network and lighting equipment within 10 days of the contracting authority’s effective notification.
5.Suppose, at its own expense, faults in the network and lighting equipment resulting from traffic collisions and the activities of feedingstuffs within a period of time necessary to remedy the damage caused, which shall not exceed 21 days.
6.The Contracting Authority’s notice of failures of the lighting system which cannot be remedied within the time limits laid down in points 4 and 5 for reasons beyond the Contractor’s control, giving the reason.
7.Implementation of tasks relating to the improvement of the efficiency and quality of road lighting in the municipality of Cisek owned by the Contractor.
The number of inoperative light sources in relation to any chosen road illumination circuit taken out of a station in the municipality of Cisek shall not exceed 5 per cent.
