Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa mięsa oraz wyrobów mięsnych dla wskazanych w Rozdziale I SWZ jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola, będących jednocześnie płatnikami umowy zawartej w wyniku niniejszego postępowania w okresie od dnia jej podpisania do 30.06.2026 roku. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określają: a) Załącznik nr 1a i 1b do SWZ – Formularz asortymentowo – cenowy. b) Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ – Szczegółowe wymagania w zakresie realizacji sukcesywnych dostaw mięsa i wyrobów mięsnych dla wskazanych jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola.
