Description

Przedmiotem umowy jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na koordynacji i przeprowadzeniu:
1) w 2019 roku 15 (piętnastu) kontroli projektów (kontrole planowe zgodnie z rocznym planem kontroli Zamawiającego oraz kontrole doraźne, nie ujęte w planie) u beneficjentów realizujących projekty;
2) w 2020 roku 50 (pięćdziesięciu) kontroli projektów (kontrole planowe zgodnie z rocznym planem kontroli Zamawiającego oraz kontrole doraźne, nie ujęte w planie) u beneficjentów realizujących projekty;
3) w 2021 roku 50 (pięćdziesięciu) kontroli projektów (kontrole planowe zgodnie z rocznym planem kontroli Zamawiającego oraz kontrole doraźne, nie ujęte w planie) u beneficjentów realizujących projekty.
Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, jednorazowo lub wielokrotnie, poprzez zlecenie Wykonawcy do przeprowadzenia dodatkowych kontroli projektów w maksymalnej ilości 95 (dziewięćdziesięciu pięciu) kontroli.
